This review is so long overdue! But thats what happens when you find your dream home and are still on cloud nine. Our family is so thankful we hired Stephanie Woithe and Eric Matz. After a very rough experience with a previous Poway realtor in December 2025, we were completely worn out and had major trust issues. We explained our situation and motivation to Eric and Stephanie. They took us in with open arms, delivered exactly what they promised (and more), sold our home, and got us into our dream home. I cannot begin to explain the relief and reassurance you feel when dealing with Eric)6 business days: Listed our house on the market (this means, professional photos/video, walk through of to-do list, formulate a schedule of timing, etc)1 week and 1 open house weekend: Held highly successful open houses (Stephanie was well prepared of the history of our home, the HOA, remembering the upgrades we did inside and out, taking effort into knowing all the important additions (solar, HVAC, etc)6 business days from listing: Accepted an excellent above asking offer.As if thats not good enough. They helped us buy our next property - our forever home. We found a house that looked perfect on paper, and Stephanie worked her magic to get us a showing within TWO hours of the property being listed. We submitted an offer the SAME day, the sellers accepted with 24 hours, and we officially closed! We still cannot believe the series of events that took place. Eric was prompt, professional, helped strategize a solid game plan to ensure we showed well and kept us in the loop on everything - when time is crunching minutes feel like hours and days feel like weeks - he was so amazing when pressure was high)Buying and selling a house is incredibly stressful.
