Poway
Poway has a general population of approximately 50,000 plus residents and is known as the city in the country. Poway is located about 25 miles northeast of downtown San Diego. Poway offers its residents gorgeous parks, fishing at Lake Poway, numerous horse trails, the blue sky reserve nature preserve and outstanding Poway Unified School District. Poway has several planned communities, but offers residents mix of semi-custom and custom homes on large lots. Many areas are free from homeowner’s associations and neighborhood rules and regulations. Old Poway offers more affordable housing while the northern half has many upscale homes. I grew up, live and work in Poway and have helped hundreds of buyers and sellers with their Poway real estate transactions.
