4S RANCH
4S Ranch is a 2,900-acre, master planned community developed by Newland Communities. 4S Ranch currently has several new developments available for sale. Shopping essentials, such as Ralphs Grocery store, Bed Bath and Beyond, Ace Hardware and many restaurants, are located in 4S Ranch Commons, the town center. It is located adjacent to Rancho Bernardo and offers single-family homes and condominiums for sale. 4S Ranch is located within the Poway Unified School District. The community also has over 10 miles of walking trails and 1,600-acres of dedicated open space, a community garden and many small neighborhood parks, including a 22-acre community park with picnic areas.
