This review is so long overdue! But thats what happens when you find your dream home and are still on cloud nine. Our family is so thankful we hired Stephanie Woithe and Eric Matz. After a very rough experience with a previous Poway realtor in December 2025, we were completely worn out and had major trust issues. We explained our situation and motivation to Eric and Stephanie.
